SG Junior Bake-Off – Driving brand love through family-focused experiences

The Weyoco × ToTT Junior Bake-Off 2024 brought together leading brands like BOSCH, Dole, Hershey, and SCS, as well as rising brands like d’aucy in a festive, family-focused campaign designed to deepen emotional connection with Singaporean families through food, creativity, and shared experiences.

The campaign blended content, community, and experience: from online nominations and live baking finals to hands-on use of sponsored products in workshops and challenges. Brands were embedded into every step of the journey — from judge demos to kids cooking with their products in front of family and media.

With over 1.48 million impressions, active creator involvement, and rich UGC shared post-event, participating brands gained not just exposure but a meaningful presence in families’ hearts and kitchens.

Dole Taiwan Pineapple – 360° Brand activation that drove buzz and sales

For the launch of Dole’s premium Taiwan Pineapple in Singapore, Weyoco delivered a 360° campaign that reached consumers from every angle — online, in-store, and on the street.

The activation included roadshows, hands-on tasting workshops, a blind tasting masterclass, KOL content drops, street interviews, and a high-engagement social media contest. All efforts drove traffic back to @dole_sg and retail.

One campaign video alone reached over 1 million organic views demonstrating powerful public resonance. More than just visibility, this campaign translated directly into strong pineapple sales (400% YOY growth) and widespread consumer recognition. The results showed what’s possible when every touchpoint works together to build real momentum.

Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce – Right product, right audience

For Kikkoman’s Less Salt Soy Sauce pilot, Weyoco zeroed in on a highly specific audience: pregnant women and mothers of toddlers. Through partnerships with preschools, prenatal centers, and mum creators, we distributed over 300 product kits and collected detailed consumer insights.

The campaign delivered strong product validation — 82% of surveyed families found it suitable for young children, and 91.8% expressed intent to purchase. Educational content by mum creators drove over 76,000 organic views, with positive product sentiment throughout. By combining sharp audience targeting with on-ground sampling and content-led education, Weyoco helped Kikkoman build trust with new consumers and position its Less Salt variant as a family-friendly pantry essential.

Royal Umbrella – Reinforcing market leadership through everyday inspiration

As Singapore’s top-selling rice brand, Royal Umbrella partnered with Weyoco to stay top of mind through meaningful, seasonal content that speaks to everyday cooking for the past 4 years. Rather than chasing awareness, the focus was on everyday inspiration — showing consumers new ways to enjoy a trusted staple.

Weyoco activated a diverse lineup of food creators to develop recipe content timed to cultural moments such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and National Day. From chilli crab fried rice to toddler-friendly bento ideas, each creator delivered easy, relatable content that celebrated home cooking and educated Royal Umbrella’s rice variety and their suitability for a wide range of rice dishes. The on-going content subscription strengthens brand loyalty, drives consistent brand engagement, and reminds consumers why Royal Umbrella continues to be a kitchen essential.

Yasashi A2 Milk – Tailored launch, strong market entry

Weyoco led the Singapore launch of Yasashi A2 Milk (Morinaga × Kin) with a tailored, multi-channel campaign that positioned the brand as a premium, family-friendly choice. From full-store POSM and nationwide sampling at Don Don Donki to curated PR kits and KOL content around themes of gentle care for mum and child, as well as starting and managing the brand’s Instagram and Facebook account (@yasashidairy), every touchpoint was designed to attract, educate, engage, and convert.

The campaign successfully introduced the Yasahi A2 milk as a new premium milk option, with high positive sentiment and strong traction across social and in-store. Yasashi hit its launch target of sales in the first month — validating both the product and the strategy behind it!
