Inderpal Singh is the winner of MasterChef Singapore Season 4, who traded his accounting career for a culinary dream. Starting with a home-based food business, his bold flavors and heartfelt cooking won over judges and fans alike.
Today, he is the chef-owner of Meh’r by Inderpal, a modern Southeast Asian restaurant named after his daughter, showcasing creative dishes inspired by street food and heritage. His journey from self-taught home cook to restaurant owner is a testament to passion, grit, and a little help from a superfan’s dad.
