Terms & Conditions
A. Organiser
1. This Contest is organised by Dole Malaysia ("the Organiser").
B. Contest Period
The Contest runs from 1 August 2026 to 30 October 2026 ("Contest Period").
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (MYT) on 3 October 2026. Entries received after this time shall be automatically disqualified.
The Organiser reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice.
C. Eligibility
The Contest is open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents residing in Malaysia, aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Each participant is eligible for more than one (1) entry across the Contest Period, subject to each entry meeting the Contest Mechanics below.
Participants may be required to submit proof of eligibility (full name, IC number, contact number, email address, and mailing address) within the Contest Period. If the participant does not provide the required proof within the stipulated timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant's entry.
D. Contest Mechanics
To enter, participants must:
Purchase any Dole Fresh Cut product (Dole Solo Papaya 350g, Dole Pineapple Chunk 350g, or Dole Pineapple Bucket 500g) from any participating retail outlet in Malaysia.
Take a photo ("Snap") of the purchased Dole Fresh Cut product. Submit the receipt via the designated landing page.
Comment on the official Dole Fresh Cut: Buy, Snap & Win contest post on DoleMalaysia's Facebook page (@dole.malaysia) or Instagram page (@dole.malaysia) with the photo of the purchase and tag one (1) friend in the same comment.
Each qualifying comment (containing a valid purchase photo and one tagged friend) constitutes one (1) entry. Participants may submit multiple entries provided each entry features a separate, valid purchase.
E. Prizes & Selection of Winners
12. The Contest will run in three (3) rounds as follows:
Round 1: 01 Aug – 22 Aug 2026 | Number of Winners: 2 | Winner Announcement: 23 August 2026
Round 2: 23 Aug – 12 Sep 2026 | Number of Winners: 2 | Winner Announcement: 13 September 2026
Round 3: 13 Sep – 03 Oct 2026 | Number of Winners: 2 | Winner Announcement: 04 October 2026
13. Each winner will receive:
• One (1) RM50 Touch 'n Go e-wallet voucher
• One (1) Dole Limited Edition Jute Bag with Dole products
14. A total of six (6) winners will be selected across the Contest Period (two per round).
15. Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during each respective round.
16. Winner announcements will be made on Dole Malaysia's Instagram and Facebook pages on the dates stated in the table above.
17. The eligible winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message or WhatsApp and will be required to answer a verification question correctly before being declared a winner. In the event the eligible winner fails to answer the question correctly, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner.
18. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail (i.e., no reply, telephone number not in service, or no connection), another two (2) attempts will be made within the next twenty-four (24) hours of the first attempt. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant and select a replacement winner.
19. Eligible winners are required to provide a copy of their NRIC (front only) within three (3) working days of notification via Instagram Direct Message, failing which the eligible winner shall be disqualified. The Organiser shall not bear any cost incurred by the winners, and shall not be responsible for any delay and/or non-delivered messages.
F. General Terms
20. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
21. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
22. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or revoke any prize at any stage of the Contest if the entry does not meet the Contest Mechanics or these Terms and Conditions.
23. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via Dole Malaysia's official social media channels.
24. By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Organiser's decisions, which are final and binding.
25. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the Organiser's use of their name, photo, and social media handle for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest without additional compensation.
26. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant in connection with the Contest or the prizes, howsoever caused.
27. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
G. Personal Data Protection
28. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of administering the Contest, contacting winners, and delivering prizes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
29. Participants may withdraw their consent by contacting the Organiser at any time; however, withdrawal may result in disqualification from the Contest.
